yeah!! Taylor has a job!! He was the "sample " guy today in the deli, wow, i'd never give him a plate of food, and expect anyone else to get any!!!!!!!!!! that's a riot, if you have a 16 yr old boy, you know what im talkin about!!! anyways, he seems happy to be there... so thats nice... :)

oldie but goodie, my goats are gone, and i am so sad,. of course they were extra adorable today, i have some good pic s of 5 deer that were in out yard today, i must say, some days are so peaceful here, today was one of them. we are so blessed, in so many ways. Happy mothers day to all my mom friends, wow, hard to look back at all we've done, and how grown up the kids are now, amazing, life is swift, .... and we need to make each day as happy as possible, dont we...

nw garden show, was really pretty, lots of great displays, however, i thought it was MUCH better in the past, would have rather seen more re-use and recycle projects and ideas, and more towards organic ideas. ... kind of felt too commercial , lets get back to gardening and funky fun!!!

Hoof trimming time!

ok, well ,its now feb 07, and im working on getting some new pics, new camera, new problems,... grrrrrrr... today was spent in the mud, trimming the goaties hooves, Taylor is holding Oreo, shes so old, we were having fun cuddling with her, we never know if she'll be with us much longer, she s slowed down alot, but has such a sweet heart..

ok, i love this "scarflett" so cute, im working on learning to knit, but things are not going well ... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

Summer ' 06, no winter please!!!!!!!

I cant bear the thought of dark winter being so close.... its been so great to have a garden, i never thought it would be such a great escape! i know im obsessing over it, but its just so damned exciting to go out and see your first "buttercup squash!!!" im tellin ya, it gives me a boner, for sure! :O and the beautiful dalias are from my friend Di's yard , hey Di, they actually GREW! yah! pretty exciting id say! and the goats are still goofy, the chickens are huge now, as you can see ,... Rusty the rooster, was removed from the coop, as he was a typical male and chasing the women, dont worry, he is now a "watch- chicken" roaming the yard freely, and waking us up in the am... I couldnt stand by and see my "girls" going through the male crap, we all deal with.... hehehe.... :) so now they are calm and getting ready to start layin some serious eggs!! wow, thatll really get me fired up!! enjoy summer girls! its going fast! love ya all jjo
